A well-established pharmacy operation is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee pharmacy operations and multi-state regulatory compliance. This is a direct-hire, on-site position working MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy operations, including order review, verification, dispensing, labeling, recordkeeping, and shipping.

• Ensure compliance with state Boards of Pharmacy, DEA requirements, licensing, inspections, audits, and multi-state dispensing regulations.

• Develop and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

• Provide clinical oversight for enteral nutrition therapy, DUR, adverse event reporting, and quality assurance.

• Partner with clinical, intake, reimbursement, HR, operations, and compliance teams.

• Support credentialing, accreditation, regulatory audits, and occasional facility audits or hearings.

Qualifications:

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program.

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey pharmacist license; ability to obtain TN, NY, and MA licenses within 6 months.

• Active DEA registration.

• 35+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, or enteral/parenteral nutrition.

• PIC or pharmacy management experience; multi-state compliance experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, documentation, and quality assurance.

• BCNSP preferred but not required.

• Comfortable with computer-based order review and verification.

Compensation: $135,000$140,000 salary + bonuses for each additional state license obtained.
