A newly opened pharmacy serving a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to lead daily operations and maintain strong provider relationships. This direct hire opportunity requires a dedicated professional to oversee pharmacy functions and ensure compliance with 340B program guidelines.

Location: Hattiesburg, MS (candidate likely based in Gulfport or Biloxi, MS)
Schedule: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations as Pharmacist In Charge
• Maintain exceptional communication and collaboration with internal healthcare providers
• Ensure 340B program compliance and adherence to regulatory standards
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Utilize the Best Rx system effectively

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Mississippi pharmacist license in good standing
