Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow management
• Maintain timely prescription processing and high standards of patient care
• Lead, mentor, and manage pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and operational procedures
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage and productivity
• Evaluate pharmacy processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and team-oriented work environment
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations

Qualifications

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio
• Previous pharmacy management or PIC experience required
• Retail pharmacy leadership experience strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume pharmacy environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
