We are hiring ASAP for a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead a pharmacist team in an animal health compounding pharmacy.

Pay: $160,000$185,000 base + bonus
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:15 AM5:15 PM
Location: Onsite in Bakersfield, CA
Benefits: Eligible

This role will oversee daily compounding operations, support workflow, coach pharmacists, and ensure quality and compliance with USP <795>, <797>, <800>, State Board, and 503A requirements.

Requirements:
Active California Pharmacist license
BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience
25 years of compounding experience
Strong communication and team leadership skills
