About the Role:

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge for a full-time opportunity with a respected closed-door sterile compounding pharmacy in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee pharmacy operations while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient safety in a specialized compounding environment.
In this role, you will lead daily pharmacy operations, oversee sterile compounding processes, and ensure compliance with all USP standards and regulatory requirements. What Youll Do:

Oversee all daily pharmacy operations and workflow management
Ensure compliance with USP 797, USP 800, state, and federal regulations
Supervise sterile compounding activities and quality assurance processes
Manage and support pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians
Maintain accurate documentation, policies, and procedural standards
Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to support patient care and operational efficiency
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and medication storage procedures

What Youll Need:

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (required)
Previous sterile compounding experience required
Prior management or Pharmacist in Charge experience preferred
Strong knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 compliance standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to quality assurance, compliance, and patient safety
