Per Diem Retail Pharmacist - Kalamazoo, Michigan

This position offers an opportunity to provide pharmaceutical care in a behavioral health setting, supporting medication management and patient safety. The role requires availability on either Fridays or Mondays, with a combination of onsite coverage and early morning and evening on-call duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing, stocking, and approval of medication orders
• Utilize HCS for order entry (experience preferred)
• Operate and oversee site automation through Med-dispense systems
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Michigan
• Previous pharmacy experience, preferably with retail or behavioral health exposure
• Familiarity with order entry systems, especially HCS, is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during onsite and on-call hours

Schedule:

• Fridays or Mondays, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM onsite
• Early morning on-call from 5:00 AM 8:00 AM
• Evening on-call available until 7:30 PM
