Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and review prescriptions for compounded sterile preparations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Compound IV medications and other sterile products following established pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized sterile compounding environment in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care through precise medication preparation.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sterile compounding, with proficiency in handling IV medications.
