A well-established compounding pharmacy is seeking a skilled Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join their team in Kennett Square, PA. This role offers a 13-week contract to hire opportunity, providing an excellent pathway to a permanent position within a respected facility specializing in 504 A/B compounding pharmacy services.

Responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and compliance of compounded non-sterile preparations according to master formula worksheets and regulatory standards. The pharmacist will implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain strict cleaning and garbing protocols, and perform precise calculations and documentation. Operating and monitoring production and technical equipment to uphold quality standards and aseptic techniques is essential. The role also involves preparing work areas for production, conducting quality control tests, and staying current with the latest compounding methods, formulations, and industry developments through ongoing professional development.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License
• Recent pharmacy experience with a focus on non-sterile compounding
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and compounding regulations
