We're hiring a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity with a specialized 503A/503B compounding pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA.  This pharmacy specializes in personalized compounded medications tailored to each patient's unique needs. While this is not a hands-on compounding role, candidates must have experience with non-sterile compounding and be comfortable overseeing and verifying technician-prepared compounds.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
9:00 AM 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Verify non-sterile compounded preparations for accuracy and compliance
Ensure compliance with master formula worksheets, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Review documentation and perform required calculations
Oversee quality control processes and inspections
Ensure proper cleaning, garbing, and production procedures are followed
Monitor production equipment and maintain quality standards
Support continuous improvement and adherence to compounding best practices

Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
Recent pharmacist experience
Background in non-sterile compounding required
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance is essential
