RPh on the Go is seeking Fulfillment Staff Pharmacists for a 13-week Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a specialty compounding pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA.

Schedule:

MondayFriday
8-hour shifts
Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Oversee fulfillment personnel and pharmacy operations during the shift
Assist with shipping and handling prescription orders as needed
Ensure prescriptions are processed accurately according to prescriber and patient requirements
Ensure proper technique, accurate preparation, documentation, and compliance with applicable pharmacy laws
Review patient demographics, medication histories, and medication profiles
Develop and monitor patient care plans and therapeutic outcomes
Evaluate drug therapy for appropriate medication, dosage, route, duplication, and potential drug interactions
Counsel patients regarding prescription medications, OTC medications, and nutritional supplements
Provide excellent patient care while supporting a high-volume fulfillment environment

Requirements:

Active and clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
At least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
New graduates are welcome to apply; compensation may vary based on experience
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
