Hospital Pharmacist - Lakewood, Ohio

Provide your expertise this fall as a part-time pharmacist administering flu vaccinations across multiple sites in Cleveland. This role offers flexible part-time work with a reputable health system through an 8-week contract starting September 24, 2026. You will support flu shot clinics at various onsite corporate locations on both the East and West sides of Cleveland, delivering essential immunization services to local employees.

Responsibilities:

• Administer flu vaccinations at onsite corporate flu clinics across Cleveland
• Travel to assigned client locations on the East and West sides of the city
• Utilize Epic software as needed to document patient information
• Maintain professionalism while representing the health system at diverse workplaces
• Perform duties standing and sitting during clinic events

Schedule:

• 1 to 2 days per week
• 2 to 7 hours per day depending on clinic
• Highly flexible, variable schedule with no guaranteed hours or days
• Availability on short notice required to meet fluctuating client demands

Required Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Current immunization delivery certification
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Experience with Epic software

Preferred Experience:

• PharmD degree preferred
• Prior participation in flu shot clinics or immunization events
