Staff Pharmacist Job - Full time - Contract with chance for direct hire - Lawrence, Massachusetts

RPh on the Go is seeking two skilled Pharmacists to join a highvolume LTC mailorder pharmacy team. 

This role is ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a fastpaced environment, value accuracy, and enjoy supporting the unique needs of longterm care residents. 

Strong performance during the 13week assignment may lead to a directhire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and patient safety.
• Dispense medications according to prescriptions and LTC standards, ensuring precision in a highvolume mailorder workflow.
• Maintain and update patient medication profiles to reflect current therapy.
• Monitor therapeutic responses and identify, prevent, or resolve drugrelated problems for LTC residents.
• Conduct medication regimen reviews to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance with LTC regulations.
• Provide drug information and education to caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws, LTC standards, and documentation requirements.
• Perform datamanagement tasks such as verifying orders, managing workflow queues, and ensuring accurate mailorder processing.
• Support medicationmanagement services, including adherence monitoring and addressing therapy issues common in LTC populations.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience in Retail or LongTerm Care settings.
• PharmD preferred (not required).
• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License required.

Compensation for this position ranges from $55.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
