Schedule: MonThu 8:00 AM5:00 PM CST; Fri 8:00 AM4:00 PM CST
On-Call: Rotating, as needed

We are seeking a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist to support specialty medication services and oversee clinical pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and clinical appropriateness.
Provide medication counseling and monitor patient therapies.
Collaborate with nursing, clinical, reimbursement, intake, and pharmacy teams.
Oversee pharmacy technicians and support training, QA, and compliance.
Participate in audits, accreditation, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Kansas Pharmacist license.
Strong specialty medication and infusion pharmacy knowledge.
3+ years of specialty, infusion, home infusion, retail, mail-order, or hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
CareTend or similar system experience preferred.
