A travel pharmacist opportunity is available at a 160-bed community hospital in Lebanon, PA, offering a dynamic environment to apply your hospital pharmacy expertise. This role begins ASAP with a 13-week assignment, allowing for meaningful contribution in a supportive healthcare setting.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Every 3rd or 4th Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, fostering efficient workflow
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nurses to optimize patient care
• Manage pharmacokinetics and medication therapies, enhancing treatment outcomes
• Utilize IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication management

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license
