Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee pharmacy department performance, aligning objectives with key metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all prescriptions by conducting thorough Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the store operations team to promote associate engagement and communicate department strategies clearly.
• Manage inventory control, including tracking sales and ordering pharmaceuticals to meet customer demand and optimize profits.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing medical-related inquiries and providing professional healthcare counseling.
• Supervise and support pharmacy staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain security and organization of the pharmacy environment.
• Resolve customer concerns to build trust and loyalty.
• Engage with healthcare providers to discuss prescriptions and address any issues.
• Prioritize pharmacy tasks such as cycle counts, inventory, and will-calls to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 69 bi-weekly hours.
• Variable shifts including day and afternoon hours.
