Travel Hospital Pharmacist | Levittown, Pennsylvania

A 13-week travel opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to support a 160-bed community hospital in Lebanon, PA. This role requires a highly skilled pharmacist with hospital experience to ensure accurate medication dispensing, supervision, and clinical consultation.

Location: Lebanon, PA

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Every 3rd or 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to provide clinical consultations
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing adjustments and monitoring
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication management
• Support chemotherapy dispensing, with some prior experience preferred

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current Pennsylvania pharmacist license required
• Proven hospital pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Exposure to oncology pharmacotherapy considered a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced hospital setting
