A veterinary compounding pharmacy in Lexington, KY is urgently seeking a qualified Staff Pharmacist to support its fast-paced, non-sterile compounding operations. Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying veterinary prescriptions, performing final pharmacist verification on compounded and dispensed medications, and supporting pharmacy technicians with daily compounding tasks. Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations and promoting a safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy environment are also key duties.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Kentucky Pharmacist License (REQUIRED)
• Active California Pharmacist License (REQUIRED)
• Experience in compounding, specialty, mail-order, or high-volume pharmacy strongly preferred
• Non-sterile compounding experience preferred
• Veterinary or animal-health pharmacy experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced pharmacy setting
