Retail Pharmacist in Lititz, PA

A retail pharmacy seeks two full-time pharmacists to support a busy location in Lebanon, PA. This direct hire opportunity offers variable day and afternoon shifts totaling approximately 69 hours biweekly, with an ASAP start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store operations to engage associates and effectively communicate pharmacy and company strategies.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance through thorough drug utilization review and final quality assurance.
• Manage the pharmacy department to drive profitability and prescription growth via clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Work with district management to control inventory, track sales, and order pharmaceutical stock to meet customer needs.
• Align departmental performance with key metrics to maximize operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service, healthcare counseling, and resolve customer concerns to foster trust and loyalty.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy associates, and support staff, including training, coaching, and discipline.
• Maintain pharmacy security and cleanliness, and prioritize daily operational tasks including cycle counts, inventory management, and will-call processing.
• Liaise with physicians and utilize reference materials to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred.
