Licensed Retail Pharmacists are needed for both direct hire and 13-week contract opportunities in retail pharmacy settings. These roles offer the chance to deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with pharmacy teams, and manage medication dispensing in a fast-paced community environment.

Job Type: Contract to Hire 13-week contracts and direct hire positions available
Schedule:
- Full-time schedules
- Day and evening shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability, aligned with typical retail pharmacy hours
Responsibilities:
- Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications
- Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions
- Perform prospective drug utilization reviews
- Administer immunizations and other pharmacist-led clinical services as applicable
- Communicate medication-related questions with prescribers
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Maintain accurate prescription and pharmacy records
- Support pharmacy technicians and collaborate with pharmacy team members
- Assist with workflow management and daily pharmacy operations
- Deliver excellent patient-centered customer service
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
- Previous retail or community pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient counseling abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
- Immunization certification preferred; may be required depending on assignment
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
