Travel Hospital Pharmacist in Littleton, NH

A travel pharmacist opportunity is available at a hospital in Berlin, NH, requiring a professional with strong inpatient pharmacy skills. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with 40 hours per week, including mornings and afternoons, plus rotating weekends approximately every third weekend and partial weekend shifts.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM
• Rotating weekends every third weekend
• Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 AM 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services across multiple units including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department
• Independently manage pharmacy operations during weekend shifts
• Utilize Meditech electronic health record system for medication management and documentation
• Use Omnicell automated dispensing systems to ensure accurate medication distribution

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Minimum two years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Ability and willingness to work independently on weekends
• Experience with Meditech preferred
• Familiarity with Omnicell systems a plus
• Strong clinical knowledge to support diverse patient care units
