A per diem pharmacist position is available in Fort Collins, CO, supporting a small pharmacy operation with ongoing PRN needs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a focused environment with a manageable prescription volume and a strong technician team assisting daily workflow.

Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Pharmacy hours are 8:30 AM 6:30 PM
System: QS1
Volume: Approximately 200 prescriptions per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety
  • Perform bubble packing of medications to support patient adherence
  • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Active and clear Colorado pharmacist license required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail, Long-Term Care (LTC), or Outpatient pharmacy settings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
