Retail Pharmacist in Malin, OR

Schedule:

• Day and evening shifts

Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications
• Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, and side effects
• Perform prospective drug utilization reviews
• Administer immunizations and provide other clinical pharmacy services as applicable
• Communicate with prescribers regarding medication-related questions
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Maintain accurate pharmacy and prescription records

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license for the state of practice
• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
