Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, verifying, and dispensing prescription medications accurately

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of practice
• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Previous retail or community pharmacy experience preferred

• Immunization certification preferred and may be required depending on the role
