RPh on the Go is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacist for a direct-hire opportunity in the Syracuse New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with hospital or home infusion experience who enjoys IV verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, and working directly with patients. IV compounding experience or knowledge is a strong plus.

Location: New York
Position Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Verify IV prescriptions and ensure accuracy and safety
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support daily pharmacy operations
Communicate with patients by phone regarding their medications and treatment
Support safe and efficient medication preparation and dispensing
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

Current, active New York Pharmacist license
Hospital or home infusion pharmacy experience required
IV compounding experience or knowledge strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-focused pharmacy environment
