Travel Inpatient Pharmacist | Mansfield, Ohio

This opportunity calls for experienced inpatient pharmacists to provide critical support within hospital settings in North/Central Ohio. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit to work alongside medical teams at facilities ranging from 25 to 40 beds. This is a travel assignment that requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to quality patient care.

Location & Schedule:

• Travel assignment based in Mansfield, OH with work at either Galion (25 beds) or Ontario (40 beds) hospitals between Cleveland and Columbus
• Shifts start anytime between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Work every 4th weekend
• Assignment duration approximately 12 weeks, starting ASAP and ending mid-January

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive inpatient pharmacy duties, including medication preparation and dispensing
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee the clean room environment to maintain safety and compliance
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication therapy
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records for documentation and communication

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio pharmacist license in hand
• Proven experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy settings
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
