This opportunity involves an 8-week travel assignment in a retail pharmacy located in Marienthal, KS, covering maternity leave from August 7 to October 2. The role requires working first shifts from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations including medication dispensing, inventory management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance medication therapy, patient care, immunization delivery, and clinical outcomes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, state and federal pharmacy laws, accreditation requirements, and maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and train pharmacy staff while promoting efficient operations, inventory control, and high-quality patient service.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current, active Kansas Pharmacist license.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail pharmacy settings.
