An opportunity is available for a travel pharmacist to support a 250-bed hospital in Marshfield, WI. This contract assignment, lasting at least 13 weeks, offers a unique chance to apply your hospital pharmacy skills in a dynamic healthcare environment utilizing Cerner and Omnicell systems.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely according to hospital protocols
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage medication inventories and reconcile medication orders
• Operate Cerner and Omnicell pharmacy systems effectively
• Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain compliance documentation

Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
• Primarily third shift hours (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Typical work week begins on Wednesday

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin Pharmacist license, or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license
• Proven experience in hospital pharmacy settings
• Proficiency with Cerner and Omnicell technology preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Effective communication skills and teamwork aptitude
