Hospital Pharmacist in Marshfield, WI

A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a pharmacist with hospital experience to support a 250-bed hospital facility in Marshfield, WI. This role focuses on delivering high-quality pharmacy services within a fast-paced hospital environment using Cerner and Omnicell systems.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy
• Utilize Cerner/Omnicell technology for order verification and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Provide medication counseling and education to patients and staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license
• Proven experience in a hospital pharmacy environment
• Proficient with electronic medical records and pharmacy automation systems, specifically Cerner and Omnicell
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week, day shifts
