Travel Inpatient Pharmacist - Medina, OH

An experienced inpatient pharmacist opportunity is available to support hospital pharmacy operations at healthcare facilities in Galion or Ontario, Ohio. These hospitals, centrally located between Cleveland and Columbus, are seeking two to three qualified pharmacists for a 12-week travel assignment beginning immediately.

Responsibilities include performing standard inpatient pharmacy duties such as supervising pharmacy technicians, overseeing clean room protocols, and maintaining clear, collaborative communication with medical and nursing staff. Both hospital sites are equipped with EPIC electronic medical records.

Key qualifications and experience:

• Valid Ohio pharmacist license required
• Proven inpatient pharmacy experience
• Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, working closely with multidisciplinary hospital teams

Shift Details:

• Flexible shifts starting between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
• Work schedule includes every 4th weekend
• Assignment end date: Approximately 12 weeks from start (around January 2, 2027)

• Primary assignment in Galion, OH (25-bed hospital), with possibility to support Ontario, OH (40-bed hospital)
• Travel required to the assigned location
