Staff Pharmacist, Memphis, TN

We are currently seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in a specialty pharmacy setting located in Cordova, TN. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a low-volume, highly clinical environment focused on delivering specialized therapies and patient-centered care.

Assignment Details:

Term: Contract to hire
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm
Start Date: ASAP (seeking the right candidate)
Environment: Specialty Pharmacy (low volume)
System: CareTend (training available)

Job Overview:
The Staff Pharmacist will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients requiring specialized therapies, while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical patient management for conditions such as hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders
Manage specialized therapies including factor replacement, emicizumab, and other infusion treatments
Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration, adherence, and safety
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and internal teams
Assist with prior authorizations, insurance navigation, and financial assistance programs

Requirements:

Active TN RPh license 
Specialty or infusion experience preferred
CareTend experience is a strong plus (willing to train)
Open to candidates willing to obtain additional state licensure
