We are seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide pharmacist coverage and clinical oversight of daily pharmacy operations in Bartlett, TN.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions, including medication selection and dosing accuracy.
• Provide clinical oversight and support daily pharmacy operations.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians.
• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and refill evaluations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist license.
• 12 years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency with CareTend and Microsoft Office.
