A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to join a well-established facility in Dingmans Ferry, PA. This direct hire position offers a dynamic work environment with variable day and afternoon shifts, providing 69 bi-weekly hours. The role emphasizes leadership, operational management, and exceptional customer care within a community-focused pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster collaboration with store operations teams, enhancing associate engagement and aligning pharmacy associates with department and company goals.
Ensure prescription accuracy and compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance processes.
Drive the pharmacys business growth by managing inventories, facilitating clinical programs like immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and tracking weekly sales performance.
Lead pharmacy department staff with supervision, training, coaching, and disciplinary measures, maintaining high standards of security and customer service.
Address and resolve customer concerns to build trust and loyalty.
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify prescription details and resolve issues.
Maintain orderly, clean pharmacy operations while promoting ongoing staff development to improve performance and reduce turnover.
Manage daily pharmacy priorities including cycle counts, inventory control, and customer communications.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Schedule:

Variable day and afternoon shifts.
69 hours bi-weekly.

Location:

Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania.
