Clinical Pharmacist Home Infusion Milwaukee WI

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing Home Infusion Pharmacy. This position offers the chance to join a dedicated clinical team with the potential for permanent employment after a minimum of six months on contract.

Important: Candidates must be willing to work at least 6 months under contract before being considered for direct hire.

Schedule
Monday through Friday
8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
On-call every 4th weekend
One on-call night per week
Key Responsibilities
Verify IV medication orders
Perform clinical review of prescriptions and patient therapies
Prepare and/or assist with sterile compounding as needed
Work in the clean room environment when required
Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff to ensure optimal patient care
Perform additional clinical pharmacy duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist License
Recent IV experience is required
Minimum of 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience
Ability to work in a clean room environment
Strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
CPR+ certification
2+ years of recent Home Infusion experience
