We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing home infusion team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.

Schedule:

MondayFriday
8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
On-call rotation: Every 4th weekend and 1 evening per week

Requirements
Active, clear Wisconsin Pharmacist License
2+ years of recent sterile compounding experience (required)
Recent IV experience (required)
2+ years of recent home infusion experience (preferred)
CPR certification (preferred)

Responsibilities
Verify IV medication orders
Prepare and compound IV medications in the clean room as needed
Perform additional clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care
