Clinical Pharmacist Home Infusion
Location: Milwaukee, WI

We're seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with home infusion and sterile compounding experience to join a growing team in a contract-to-hire role.

Qualifications:

Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license
2+ years of recent sterile IV compounding experience
Home infusion experience preferred
CPR certification preferred

Schedule:

MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM6:00 PM
On-call every 4th weekend and one evening per week

Responsibilities:

Verify IV medication orders
Prepare sterile IV medications in a clean room
Support home infusion patients through clinical pharmacy services
Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant medication therapy
