Clinical Pharmacist Home Infusion

Milwaukee, WI | Contract-to-Hire

Join a growing home infusion pharmacy as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in providing safe, high-quality infusion therapy to patients.

What We're Looking For:

Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license
2+ years of recent sterile IV compounding experience
Home infusion experience is a plus
CPR certification preferred

Schedule:

MondayFriday
8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
Rotating on-call schedule (every 4th weekend and one evening per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and review IV medication orders
Prepare sterile compounded medications in a clean room
Ensure compliance with USP and pharmacy standards
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support optimal patient care
