This opportunity is for a Pharmacist position in a specialty pharmacy setting, based in Bemidji, MN. The role is a travel assignment lasting 13+ weeks, offering a structured schedule with some weekend hours.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Some weekends required

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Long Term Care Pharmacist duties, ensuring medication management and patient care meet high standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical services.
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Immunization Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Certification
  • Experience and skills in long-term care pharmacy practice
