Travel Pharmacist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

A specialized pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist interested in a travel assignment in the Minneapolis, MN area. This role focuses on delivering expert pharmaceutical care within a specialty pharmacy setting, supporting long-term care and retail pharmacy duties.

Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional pharmaceutical services in long-term care and retail environments
• Counsel patients on medication therapies and ensure safe and effective use of prescriptions
• Administer immunizations and perform medication therapy management as appropriate
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmacy protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

• Immunization certification
• CPR certification
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills
• Experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy preferred
