Long Term Care Retail Pharmacist in Minneapolis, MN

This opportunity is for an experienced pharmacist seeking a dynamic role involving both retail and long-term care pharmacy services within a specialty pharmacy setting. The position offers an 8+ week contract with a flexible schedule designed to provide a balanced workweek, including some weekend rotation.

Location: Grand Rapids, MN
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Rotating weekends
• 30-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmaceutical care in retail and long-term care settings
• Dispense medications accurately and safely
• Conduct medication therapy management as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in immunization administration and patient education

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Minnesota pharmacist license
• Immunization certification required
• CPR certification required
• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
• Previous experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy environments
