Travel Pharmacist in Moorhead, MN

A specialty pharmacy opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to provide expert care in a long-term care setting. This travel position offers a chance to apply your pharmacy skills and certifications while supporting patient-focused medication management.

Location: Waseca, MN
Setting: Specialty Pharmacy
Duration: 13+ weeks
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts
  Hours: 24 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities include:

• Performing Long Term Care pharmacist duties, ensuring safe and effective medication use
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Managing prescriptions and conducting medication therapy management (MTM)
• Providing immunizations as part of patient preventive care programs
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree or equivalent with MTM certification preferred
• Current Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• Demonstrated experience in long-term care pharmacy settings is highly beneficial
• Strong communication and organizational skills
