IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacist | Nashville, Tennessee

This opening opportunity is for a Compounding Pharmacist to join a progressive compounding pharmacy focused on patient-centered, customized medication therapy. Located in Nashville, TN, this role supports a diverse range of therapeutic areas including hormone replacement therapy, pain management, weight management, peptides, and specialty prescriptions.

Position Details:

• Location: Nashville, TN
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch breakschedule designed to accommodate employees family commitments
• Type: Contract to Hire; initially part-time during training with transition to full-time
• System: PK Software

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile compounded medications following strict safety and quality protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to develop individualized medication plans
• Support therapeutic areas such as hormone replacement therapy, weight management, pain management, peptides, and specialty prescriptions
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing sterile compounding and pharmacy practice
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the pharmacy system

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required
• Minimum of 1 year sterile compounding experience required
• 1-2 years experience in a compounding pharmacy setting highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication skills for provider and patient collaboration
