Support home infusion pharmacy operations as a Production Pharmacist, ensuring the safe and accurate preparation, verification, and dispensing of sterile IV medications. Location:

• Aston, PA (2540 Market St, Aston, PA 19014)

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Choose between 10:00 AM 6:00 PM or 9:30 AM 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders and patient records to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Prepare, supervise, and verify sterile IV medication compounding in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Confirm that medications, supplies, and equipment are accurate prior to dispensing.
• Monitor drug therapy, lab results, and patient responses, collaborating with healthcare providers as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and assist with staff training initiatives.

Qualifications:

• RPh or PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute-care experience or 1 year recent home infusion experience.
• Proficient knowledge of IV therapy and sterile compounding procedures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills essential to navigate interdisciplinary collaboration.
