Position Overview: You will be a unit-based clinical pharmacist responsible for medication order entry and verification, ensuring medication appropriateness through thorough profile reviews, and providing clinical services tailored to the needs of your patient population. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams during rounds and participate in acute patient care scenarios such as cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma. Additional responsibilities include managing drug therapy monitoring and pharmacist-managed consults, delivering drug information support as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
- PGY1 residency or a minimum of 3 years clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- Active PA pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience or interest in emergency and critical care pharmacy practice highly valued
Schedule:
- Primarily daytime 8-hour shifts with variable days/afternoons
Technology:
- Experience with Meditech or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
