A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist with experience in non-sterile compounding. This per diem role involves working Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a retail/compounding environment using Pioneer RX for order entry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing retail prescription checks with attention to detail
  • Verifying non-sterile compounded medications, including formula calculations
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance on the retail line

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Current Virginia pharmacy license
  • Experience in retail pharmacy operations
  • Familiarity with non-sterile compounding techniques is highly desirable
  • Proficiency with order entry systems, preferably Pioneer RX
