Hospital Pharmacist | Perry, Oklahoma

The hospital uses Meditech for its IT systems and is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join the team on a contract-to-hire basis, with a path toward a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Participate in pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize medication therapies
• Provide clinical consultations and guidance within the hospital setting

Desired Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist license in Oklahoma
• Some hospital pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Completion of a PGY1 residency is highly valued and welcomed
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar pharmacy information systems is a plus
