Hospital Pharmacist - Reno, NV

A hospital pharmacist position is available for a 13-week contract at a 175-bed facility in Reno, NV, with a start date as soon as possible. This role requires working night shifts on a 7-on, 7-off schedule with 10-hour shifts per night.

Responsibilities include verifying medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with physicians and nurses, and managing pharmacokinetics to ensure optimal patient care. The pharmacist will utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems in daily operations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Nevada
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience
• Ability to work night shifts successfully
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record and Pyxis medication dispensing systems preferred

Schedule:

• Night shifts only
• 7 days on, 7 days off
• 10-hour shifts per night
