Inpatient Outpatient Pharmacist | Reno, Nevada

Exciting opportunities are available for skilled pharmacists specializing in outpatient and clinical pharmacy services. These temp to perm contracts are based in the Reno area, requiring flexibility to float across three medical office locations. Candidates must hold a valid Nevada pharmacist license and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Locations:

• Ion Medical Offices, Sparks, NV
• Fifth Street Medical Offices, Reno, NV
• Del Monte Medical Offices, Reno, NV

Schedule:

• 8-hour variable shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekdays
• Weekend shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (weekends only at Ion and Del Monte locations)
• 30-minute lunch breaks on weekends
• Fifth Street office operates weekdays only, no weekend shifts
• Facilities closed December 25 and January 1 (no additional days off granted)

Outpatient Pharmacist (4 openings)

• Minimum 6 months retail/outpatient pharmacy experience
• Ability to float between all three facilities as needed
• Engage in dispensing, patient counseling, and outpatient medication management

Clinical Pharmacist (2 openings)

• Nevada pharmacist license required; PGY1 residency preferred
• Experience in patient counseling, formulary conversions, medication reconciliation, and medication therapy management (MTM)
• Comfort working with diverse patient populations including those with Diabetes, COPD, and Asthma
• Responsible for new member onboarding and clinical pharmacy interventions

• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Nevada
