Responsibilities:

• Verify and review prescriptions specifically for compounded sterile preparations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Compound intravenous (IV) medications and other sterile pharmacy products following established policies and procedures.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in sterile compounding practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support effective medication management.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with sterile compounding in a pharmacy setting.
