Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications while verifying prescriptions in compliance with professional standards, facility protocols, and state and federal regulations.
• Perform medication reconciliation to ensure a continuous and safe care transition for patients upon discharge.
• Deliver exceptional customer service focused on both clinical care and patient satisfaction.
• Consult directly with patients on medication regimens, including dosage, frequency, special requirements, and potential drug interactions.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Illinois Pharmacist license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and prescription handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient consultation.
