Travel Hospital Pharmacist in Sacramento, CA

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Variable days and afternoon shifts

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify medication orders
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure quality and compliance
• Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapy
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Utilize hospital IT systems including Cerner and Omnicell for efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacist license
• Motivated to travel and practice in a northern California location
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Experience or interest in pharmacokinetics
• Completion of a PGY1 residency is highly desirable
